Isn't Python 2.6 standard on OSX? goes to check his macbook
8 months, 4 weeks ago by edythemighty
My MacBook Pro says Python 2.5.1
I have Python 2.6 on mine. Only thing Python I remember installing was Pylons with ez install...does that update Python to suit the req for Pylons? >.>
Thanks guys. When I get time I'll try the instructions on the Python wiki and report back.

Good luck. You should probably use these instructions for installing PIL: http://aralbalkan.com/1454
I'm ashamed to report that I gave up and went with the prebuilt version of PIL for Python 2.5. :-)
